If you're used to eating hamburgers every week, then doing the raw foods cold turkey (is that a bad expression here?) might not be realistic. If I were you, I'd start going raw for the evening meal, which is when it will make the most difference, and start incorporating it into the other meals poco a poco, as they say.<BR/><BR/>...And I am curious...
